Why do you need a manual? Basic power tool safety should suffice.

For my husbands radial arm saw that is at least 30 years old good luck.

The parts department they were able to locate the manual for my husbands radial arm saw that is.

113.12170 use this number in the link below for the model question. Then go to the next page which will have the model search to which you need to hit the continue button. The next page will have a section to which you need to check the view part list and hit the continue button. Then at the bottom of the part list is the operating manual and part list book. Hope it helps.
