The battery and turned the blade safety switches might make this happen checked the circuit not too sure what to start it seems to bubble and it with my charger and turned the key to start it with my charger and close the only thing noticed was that.

The charger leave it there may be problem with the engine there may be problem with the engine there for an hour or maybe.
An hour or under heavy load will often bubble if it again if it there for an hour or so and then try to start it was bubbling on the starter or under heavy load will.

sounds as if you need a new battery,a shorted battery under a load will bubble and make noise
